Out-of-Network Insurance Benefits
Not in-network? You may still have options!
Some insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that may allow you to receive partial reimbursement for therapy services.
We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to determine whether out-of-network mental health services are covered.
You may also explore Reimbursify, a service designed to help individuals submit out-of-network reimbursement claims.

Please note that reimbursement is determined by your insurance provider and is not guaranteed.
Our Therapy Rates
We offer individual and couples therapy services with rates that vary depending on the clinician and service provided. Our team will discuss your applicable rate before scheduling services.
Self-Pay Rate
Individual Therapy (50 minutes) | $150–$200**
Couples Therapy (50 minutes) | $200–$250**
* Reduced-Fee Options | We believe finances shouldn't automatically stand in the way of receiving mental health support.
Reduced rates are determined based on income and applicable practice guidelines. Income-based reduced-fee options are available for individuals who may need additional financial flexibility. At this time, we have limited options for individuals. Please inquire during your consultation to discuss available options or reaching out to our Chief Executive Officer at (ceo@rightmymind.com).
Good Faith Estimates
If you do not have health insurance or choose not to use your insurance for therapy, you are generally entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of your expected treatment costs under the No Surprises Act.
A Good Faith Estimate provides information about anticipated charges and helps you make informed decisions about your care.
For additional information, please contact our practice or visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

We accept most insurance plans. Because coverage varies, we verify insurance benefits following your consultation. You may also contact us beforehand to inquire about your specific insurance plan.
How much will I pay for therapy with insurance?
Your out-of-pocket cost depends on your insurance benefits, including copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and network participation.
What if I cannot afford the standard therapy rates?
We offer income-based reduced-fee options. Please ask about eligibility and availability during your consultation.
Can I attend therapy if I live outside Pennsylvania?
Our clinicians are licensed across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, South Carolina, and Maryland. Availability depends on the state where you are physically located at the time of your appointment and the licensure of your assigned therapist.
What if my insurance doesn't cover therapy with your practice?
You may explore self-pay services, reduced-fee options, or possible reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.
